Getting legs thinner

You have to be strict about your diet and training so you lose fat everywhere. You cannot just target your legs
 
look if your body structure is more thick like that you can run and swim 3 hours a day and you will still never be like your tall blonde lanky girlfriends from northern europe. there is a reason your ancestors evolved like that.

this misconception that you can exercise your way to a certain look is a lie. if it was true then 95% of people who signup for gyms wouldn't quit.
 
Eat a healthy nutrition.
To loose fat, you need to burn more calories then what you take in. You must eat (within reason, healthy foods) to loose fat. Increase your exercise.
