Icecream MMMMMM I thik I'm just going to everyone's log and looking at their food and salivating over here :)
 
m2: protein shake w/ 2 strawberries, about 1/3-1/2 c. light n fit yogurt
m3: 6 oz can waterpacked tuna, 2 tsp lite mir.whip, 1 boiled egg, 6 triscuits.

*gonna do shoulders tonight* Just had a burst of energy and wanted to get a mini workout in before i went shopping :) Plus I hadn't done one in so long, dying to get back at it, and really wanting some muscle.
The ones above with less reps are because i could not do anymore.
