Seated Flies 4 sets 15-20lbs

Incline DB bench press
-Push-ups-
DB curls- No rest

Front Lat-4 sets 10-15lbs

Push downs- 4 sets 15-25lbs

Cable curls 4 sets 25-20lbs

1/2 mile walk.....


Feeling a little weak today Ugh... gotta get that sleep right!

Back to the gym tomorrow.... dead lifts and squats =)
 
Ya Needto has me busting my ass! lol.
What my personal goal is right now is getting my arm strength to even out lol.
My right arms is way stronger then my left!
 
I think I would die if I did squats and deads on the same day. I will have to give it a try.
 
I think there is a thread somewhere on here is this section about why that is LOL. Bad gurl!
