    Hey ladies, do you eat more when you're in your period?

    I'm doing a 1500cal/day and realized that I get a lot hungrier when I'm close to my period.

    My girlfriend and I are running a cut right now and she gets extra hungry about 3 days before her period hits until about 1 day after it starts.

    you should consume more iron near your period especially if it is heavy

    that means lots of dark green veggies and grassfed beef are good choices

    also HYDRATING especially this time of year will make a huge difference
