Hello everyone!
I could not find my thread ...was way down there...almost a south as Argentina! LOL...
I have been busy with car papers & ill uncle. So when I do get home I just want to be horizontal and with hot stuff....LOL :wink: Jens!:insane: I know!!!But it's like..fuel...

Anyway workouts have been good.I have not done HITT like in 3 days....
Tomorrow I am sure I will do it!
Diet..cough cough...I finally did eat my chocolate cake....just now...
Not even as good as I thought...

Yeah.. I finally had a piece of dessert that was worth it yesterday. Triple chocolate torte something or rather. The other desserts here are mostly pastries, fruity, and creams... I don't dig any of that. Unfortunately to be considerate of the hostess I had to eat a bunch of that junk that I don't care for. Sorry about your uncle!!
 
Hey girl! Just checking in -- any change in cardio is definitely partly a conditioning thing. Just give it time - I've had times where I literally wanted to die doing various cardio eqpt but after a while an hr on any one of them is a walk in the park.

Sorry to hear about your family situation but congrats on your progress!

Well today I am doing all that I missed other days...LOL...
I know it sounds crazy, but I enjoy it sooooo much!
I did weights, ran errands, and then went back and did some cardio...
Hilly park 5K jog really, not considered a run...Legs feel abit heavy so I'm going to go spin them on the bike for a while.
I am home alone and UFFFFF, enjoying it...catching up on sleep...
Cals have been low tho...Water has been good! 72 oz. so far...

3 oz. grilled chicken

1 Tsp Estee peanut butter (for diabetics)

Hi girls!
I had a fitness weekend!!! LOL...
I was home alone so I pretty much used all my time for myself!!!
It was good, I did weights, cardio...must admit twice a day, medium intensity...
Diet was good!
 
Sometimes it just feels good doesn't it? That's your body loving you ;)

That mango w/ chile sounds soooo good!

Thanks girls!!! You just peel that ripe mango,and you can use chili powder, or even better crushed chile(pizza type) add lime juice and salt!!! Yum yum!
Legs are tired from weekend DEEP muscle massage is next...Ay ay ay...probably will cry!!!
Diet is good! quite good, abs look great!
