Florencia Begins THE SHADOW PROJECT

Meal 1 3 egg whites 1 slice american cheese coffee
Meal 2 4 oz. chicken 1/2 c spinach and 1/2 c peas
Meal 3 oh oh...1/2 c peanuts...Bad bad bad...needed to crunch something...
Meal 4 coffee...
I think I am not hungry on purpose after those "BeaverCreek" burgers & "Beanos Cabin dinner" trying to get back to normal.
I did go to park and walked on incline hill...dahhhhh
If it's incline IT HAS TO BE A HILL Daaaahhhhhh
So 300 cals burned there...I hope to go to gym tomorrow...
 
Did not go to gym...only park and it was bleh...
I did not want to be there, but then again I did not want to be anywhere...
The sun cold not keep me warm...:worried:
I was sad, but now much better!

Girl I havent lifted a decent weight in at least 4 months or so lol :) You're training and your happy ... that's all I care about :)

I know what you mean about a decent weight! Today was my first day...yesterday I did some lunges...just body weight...LOL...
I am sore like if I had done them with 70 k bar on shoulders!!!
I am thinner but beggining to see skin sag on @ss, and biceps!
I guess I will be on shadow's plan forever... :heart:

No worries beauty, you will fill out in a few weeks, your muscles haven't been used. NO WORRIES you are stunning and this is only temporary!!
