Shoulders

(2) Why do you make it a point to train? What’s in it for you!?
Looking tones is a lot better than the flabby look of most Americans

(3) Do you have a Favorite Meal? Lets hear it! Healthy AND the cheat preferences!
Healthy: Large salal piled high with veggies with chicken breast on top
Cheat: LASAGNA

(4) Do you need to listen to music when you train? Why or why not?
I prefer to have music but I can work out just fine without it too

(5) What do you like to listen to while training?
If its my IPod, whatever song comes up next, unless its slow i turn it
If i dont have my IPod, whatever is on the radio in the gym

(6) Do you have an IPOD, walkman, MP3, etc?
IPod

(7) How many pills do you take a day? :eek:

Supps: Gladiator protein power

When I am ready to use a machine or certain dumbbells and someone else is using them

Lift weights 5-6 times a week for about 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 and a half hours. Lift in the mornings unless its a busy day in which i go later in the afternoon

(11) How much cardio do you REALLY do?
Not much at all because I dont need it right now. Although I do have to walk to my gym which is pretty close to a mile if not more so I walk there and back from my dorm

(12) Do you feel bad about treating yourself to good food for a reward/cheat? Why or why not?
Yeah i pretty much never cheat

(13) What fast food restaurant/food do you prefer?
Chick-fil-A

(14) Beverage of choice? Regular and/or Alcohol.
Water, Crystal Light Lemonade, Diet Dr. Pepper, Labatt's Blue Light and Miller Lite

Definitely a 10

People always tell me how strong I am for as little as I am. I like it

Tank top and pants

No tattoos

Location.

No because I'm afraid the person will get mad that I am bothering the. Also, its a college recreation center so all the girls are always doing cardio, im the only girl lifting with the guys so they wouldnt take my advice anyway

Back & legs. Every woman should have a strong sexy back & when I worked legs I felt like I did something. Hypers & Leg press.

I need to do it for me, even if it's only 5 min a day it reminds me that I matter.

Healthy - chicken & green beans.
Cheat - anything chocolate

Yes. Music helps me focus on my workout.

Various genre's as long as it's upbeat.

Sansa Sandisk m230 512mb MP3 player.

None. I'm out at the moment.

Cardio Breeze - It keeps me going.

Not being able to do it everyday. (working 2 jobs.)

None at the moment.

Not as much as I need to but I try to break a sweat every nite that I work job 2.

(12) Do you feel bad about treating yourself to good food for a reward/cheat? Why or why not?
I feel guilty about the money I spend on a cheat meal and I wonder if it sends me two steps backwards in progress.

(13) What fast food restaurant/food do you prefer?
Fazoli's, McDonald's Fries

(14) Beverage of choice? Regular and/or Alcohol.
Coffee, Tea, Crystal Lite, Water and an occasional White Ziff

I truelly depends on what it is but generally it's 8-10.

I'm not a member of any gym at the moment.

(17) What do you like to work out in?
sweats & a semi-fitted shirt (even though my rolls show I don't like my shirt flappin everywhere)

I have no tats. I've toyed with the idea of getting my childrens & GranPunkins initials on my ankle or the top of my foot.

Ummmm....... n/a atm

Yes. Just an occasional "hang in there" or "don't pay attn to that guy....."

(21) Favorite show RIGHT NOW?!?! I don't have cable or an antenna and I'm at work anyway so the only time my tv comes on is when the Gran Punkin is watchin a video. :heart:

Health, Hawtness and because when life almost ends for you, well, you want to live fully when you get another chance and to do that requires full use of a strong fine body and dedicated mind, and heartful soul.

Healthy - chicken with cajun spice and cottage cheese microwaved into a mess
Cheat - pizza for now

when training solo yes, if good training partner, no

Currently, 3, usually 8pm while kid's in Tae Kwon Do, bout an hour

the membership, need more women who lift, period.

yes, squats specifically... helped a woman deadlift for the first time once, the look on her face and tone in her voice was awesome!!!

I want to sculpt the best body I am capable of. A sense of accomplishment.

Healthy - I'll have to go with chicken, salad, rice. Cheat -Hugh vanilla Malt with whipping cream, deep-dish pizza, sugared fruit squares.

Yes, indeed:). Because it provides a rythym for a workout.

I'm just taking whey protein, acidophilus, and the Yohimburn ES, so those would be my three:)

I'm following the Shadow program, so it's 5 days of wts, three days of HIIT and I do treadmill on the off days. Initially I found the wts training each day took about 45-50 min, now with the two body parts per day, it's closing in on about 70 minutes.

(11) How much cardio do you REALLY do?
About 45 min a day....sat off.

(12) Do you feel bad about treating yourself to good food for a reward/cheat? Why or why not?
Nope, I feel I earned it, yeeppppppp.

I would say about average, a 5, although once I see real results it gives me great incentive to try for better times or heavier wts.

I workout at home, but it's great to have friends notice and comment, just gives me more energy. Mind you, one negative comment about ANYTHING else in life kind of puts me in a little funk....character flaw:D

(18) Meaning behind your tattoos, if any? What would you like to get? Why?
I don't have a tatoo, but I would like to get one of my own design...it's two intertwined hands, one bears a spiral the other bears a film reel. It represents the antiquity of storytelling wound onto a modern medium.

(19) What would you change most about your gym if you had the final say?
I don't have a gym but what i would love to have one right next door.

Legs (any exercise) because I truly enjoy feeling them burn. Also some certain bicep and tricep exercises like skull crushers and curls, but not dips!

I want to be fit so I "fit in" :) with other fit people, 'cause they're hot :)
It's awesome---Exercise feels so good and most Americans eat like crap which is Just Not Right.

Hmm I have certain meals consistently like for breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Cereal with flax seed and one or two hardboiled egg whites; or Egg Beaters and Morningstart Farms Veggie Patties on a whole-wheat English Muffin (probobly not considered healthy by most of your standards considering its processed). Also a huge fan of ANPB and Smoked Salmon. Cheat preferences would be rocky road ice cream, candy, chocolate, basically sugar.

(4) Do you need to listen to music when you train? Why or why not?
Yes, especially during cardio because it makes it soo much better--changes it from a chore to a pleasure. Not really while lifting on my arms 'cause for one it gets in the way (I wear it on my arm) and secondly 'cause I want people are more likely to give me advice when i'm not wearing one (i'm yet to be given any...maybe i'm doing things right).

modern country, a variety of music, alternative, ....the same things that I normally like, Dashboard Confessional, etc., love songs sometimes because they are so Positive/Happy

just overall vitamin but soon adding an overall antioxidant

Chocolate Protein Powder--stir it into chocolate Jello, or pancakes
Chocolate Strawberry Powder-stir it into strawberry yogurt

Not having a plan half the time because I don't know what is best for me. Also my gym is a little snobby.

6 days a week, an hour to one and a half; during the week either right after school, a little later, or at night, it all depends and during the weekends usually the morning

(11) How much cardio do you REALLY do?
About 3-4 days a week of SOMETHING if only 20 minutes of light cardio.

(12) Do you feel bad about treating yourself to good food for a reward/cheat? Why or why not?
If i have planned it then yes, and I enjoy it, and I changed some of the ingredients to be more healthy then no I don't feel bad. But usually I just end up binging on bad food or something so in that case yes i do!

Subway and Arbie's, or McDonald's salads; I luckily never really ate Fast Food--ever--or if I did, I don't remember it much, so It's easy to bypass.

Water and red white. I gave up pop a few years ago because it always bothered my stomach and I am not tempted by it in the least. I carry a liter bottle of water with me every day and drink throughout. These days I don't really care to put toxins (alcohol) in my body... Drunked calories are wasted calories to me, would much rather spend them eating.

On rare occasion. Makes me feel inspired to do more.

Confortable clothes. I look like a tomboy usually. Long shorts, tee shirt, etc.

People must smile, larger freeweight section (squat racks) and cardio machines, more people (too much wasted space--no commradre), more help, the trainers actually do something, and the trainers definetely will show you how to use the equipment such as determing the right fit for you for each machine without you having to bug them about it!! Damnit.

Feeling and looking fit, staying in shape for dance, and being an overall healthy, happy person.

Healthy - lunch - Protein shake and Birchermüesli: oats soaked in milk with raisins, yogurt (plain or fruit), peeled/diced apple and if desired nuts and other fruits.
- supper - oven baked herb and parmesan chicken breast and potatoes, with acorn squash.
Cheat- CREPES!!! with peaches adn cinnamon, or peanutbutter and cinnamon

I would like to, but I workout early in the morning while everyone else in my house is sleeping and I don't have an Ipod.

Metal/hard rock when I can.

weights every second day...so 4 times a week, ~40 mins each.
cardio...used to be tues and thurs, 1.5 hours each (my dance class), but that is over so I will be starting 30 min. cardio every second day (on my off-days)

2 hours a week
