I am following a strict lower carb cycle diet- 2 carb meals per wk. Its the Beverly Diet. Anyway, theres very little fruit allowed and of course no grains like br. rice, wheat bread... Since its low carb.
So.......... whats a way to get quality fiber since Iam consuming a ton of protein and their liver tabs which is more protein and constipating??
