I listen to a podcast where they said females can use winstrol at low dosages
what kind of results can I expect to get if I was to run 5- 10 mg a day?
I’m currently 5’1’’ 140 pounds and 25% body fat
I lift weights 3x per week and do pilates twice a week

You'd get better results eating less / dieting. THEN add in a low dose.

Your dose should not go above 2.5mgs, better option is sarms or NATURAL sarms replacements: CARDAZOL; OSTAZOL; NUTROZOL

Not a steroid I typically recommend to women so I wouldn't go over 5mg per day. 6 weeks max.
