female weight loss plan advice

Excerpt: right now I am 110 pounds and my goals are to lose another 10-15 pounds, I'm very short so it isn't like I am anorexic and i have a tiny bone structure, believe it or not i still have a little gut going on. i've got granola for snacks and doing a lot of fruits and veggies. how much exercise should i be doing?

    check the granola, i bet it has refined oils and added sugars in it.

    that is a good way to start.

    find your maintenance calories and subtract 300-500 and make that your daily intake.

    You might want to look into time restricted eating. If you are snacking all the time it will hinder your goals.

    Id restructure your diet. It seems very carb heavy. Try eating less carbs and more protein
