Female using steroids without working out

My cousin has been using steroids and not working out

She is a large woman

She is 5’6’’ and 260 pounds

I told her that if you use steroids you need to work out at the same time or it's not going to work but she won't listen to me. Can you give me some guidance and facts about this so that maybe I can send her the thread and she can listen to you guys instead? She is using winstrol and anavar. And also what are the dangers to what she is doing?
