female recomp training

My stats are 5'5 125 pounds, 28 years old and training since i was 20 for 8 years. I work out 5X per week and do cardio on top of that. my diet is clean and i want to add some size and recomp. Right now I am doing legs twice a week and then my other splits are chest/tri, back/bi, and shoulders. any tips for this?
 
Don't put too much focus on the specifics of the training program. You are training 5 days per week which is great. Put the focus on your diet because that is really the tough part when trying to recomp.
 
don't have a shoulder split. you are already hitting shoulders doing those other splits

i respect ur viewpoint, but i’d have to disagree, shoulders should be given their own exercises. The small usage in these other body part exercises aren’t sufficient.
