Fat/weight loss for women?

My girl wants to lose about 10lbs+. Will T3 help accomplish this over 6 wks? Any other things that will do this w/o MINIMAL SIDES?

Don't go feeding your girl T3. This is a very dangerous drug if you are not extremely knowlegable about it.

You could completely shut her thyroid down for life.

Get her on the womens discussion board. The experts on womens fitness are over there.

Brickgirl would be a good place to start.
