My trainer is making up my diet and will have it too me by next thursday, she gave me so much info today and told me what I should be trying to stick to untill then.... is this right? I have to add one more meal as I will be lifting weights tomorrow. but it will be late in the evening and I don't know what it should be? any suggestions, besides a beer, ha ha.
supplements: multi, glutimin, omega 3, glutimin shake after workout and in the morning
