does this look good for a meal plan?

My trainer is making up my diet and will have it too me by next thursday, she gave me so much info today and told me what I should be trying to stick to untill then.... is this right? I have to add one more meal as I will be lifting weights tomorrow. but it will be late in the evening and I don't know what it should be? any suggestions, besides a beer, ha ha.

supplements: multi, glutimin, omega 3, glutimin shake after workout and in the morning

4 egg whites, 1 egg
1/2 grapefruit

meal2
shake/fruit juice

meal 3
tuna
salad
appe

meal 4
chicken
sweet potatoe
salad

meal 5
shake

How Much chicken?

Salad as in OTHER than regular lettuce? Mixed Greens/Spinach etc?
 
6 oz of chicken breast, and just regular salad (iceburg lettuce, with radish and cucumber, no dressing I hate it) And instead of tuna I had canned oysters, was that a bad choice?

What are macros? and I am trying to make my days between 1200-1500 until I get the official nutrition plan.
