    i would want my wife eating 100% healthy while pregnant. zero hormones, processed foods, or anything containing pesticides. i would also make sure she is breathing clean air and drinking the best quality water.

    anything you put into your body will affect the fetus. that includes being stressed or angry.

    I mean eating the healthiest whole foods would be my main focus.

    My main concern would be getting enough vitamins and minerals. Make sure you are eating enough fruits and veggies. You are miles ahead of most women.......just look at the typical North American diet.

    I would book an appointment with a nutritionist who specializes in pregnancy and get their advice. Getting a professional second opinion never hurts
