    Diet sodas are still not good for you. They dehydrate you, lower the pH in your stomach, among many issues.

    following just the macros is what the food companies want you to think

    look at what else is in diet coke

    it has artificial sweeteners that throw off your insulin levels still and increase insulin resistance. it has cancer causing chemicals, it has ingredients that disrupt gut flora and gut health, it has ingredients that keep you up at night and stim up your heart.

    if you insist on soda i can recommend one that is all natural, the Izze brand. they use just fruit juice and zero artificials
