Posting this for my girl because its not letting her set up an account right now.
5'9 167lbs
training for one year, started at 192lbs with substantially less muscle.
She just wants to make sure her diet is all good
Meal 1
4oz chicken
100g blueberries
14almonds
Meal 2 post workout
1scoop whey
28almonds
1/2cup veggies
Meal 3
6oz chicken
1tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup green beans
Meal 4 same as meal 3
Bedtime 1scoop casein protein
Her goal is weight loss. Lifts 4 days a week and does Cardio 3-5times a week for 30-50mins
