Less for the covid but for the other symptoms I'd stop.

your immune system will perform at a higher level when you don't workout or use steroids. the less stress you put on it the better. so if it me i stop everything for a week and then if you aren't symptomic you can start back up again

I would stop the cycle so you can get the most out of it. Just focus on getting better and recovery. Run the cycle down the road when you are good to go again.
