    I have heard that Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness can be decreased by taking Vitamin C. Has anyone tried this?

    yes! Im taking Ester-C and it seemd to be definatly working!

    Also potassium seems to work well. DOMS is increased w/ oral contraceptive FYI.
