Cycling and Regulation

Hi ladies, I was wondering if any of you are more regular on a cycle then off? This is my second cycle and since I've been off birth control for about 2 years I've been irregular. The only thing that helps is evening primrose. But when ever I cycle my period always comes right on time! Has anyone else had this experience?

I'm fairly regular on or off. When I am on my period does get shorter which is nice. Once my body fat is low enough I lose it almost completely but still might get a day or two of spotting.
