Looking for some ideas and methods when the people around me (at home) aren't on the same page. Sweets seem to be the only snacks at the house. Which brings me to part 2. I keep planning and organizing early morning workouts so my day is off to a good start, but again the household seems to be against me. Well in this case the neighborhood, not the nicest place yet I need to go running as a part of my fitness plan (the legs are not to be skipped.) Any tips or ideas? This is my plateau

Start meal prepping and stick to it. Not sure on the jogging if your hood isn't safe though.

So go buy your own.

when i lived alone it was easy cause i simply did not keep junk in my house and when i would fast i would keep no food at all.

but living with people makes it tough so i understand completely.. my advice is make an understanding with your roommates that they get a part of the fridge and you get your own space for your food. or you can buy a separate fridge, one of those mini fridges
