Critique My Diet Please

im 5'3 114 lbs..goals r to get very lean and cut and lose 8 lbs..my caloric intake is 1080 is this diet ok?..any advice would be appreciated
40% protein 30% carb 30% fat
meal 1- 1 whole egg with 4 egg whites and 1/2 cup of plain oatmeal

meal 2- 3 oz. grilled chicken breast with 1/2 cup of brown rice

meal 3- lean steak with yams

meal 4- 3 oz grilled chicken breast with salad or grilled shrimp with asparagus

meal 5- protein shake

meal 6-(snack) cottage cheese with veggies
 
i go to the gym 4 days a week so the electronic body fat caliper says im 30.5 which i find hard to believe im a petite little thing but thats what the guy at the gym said it read..my job isnt really active i do makeup on models for runway shows and fashion shoots so sumtimes its a little active
 
Increase your protein servings to 5-6oz, 3oz is not enough! You need more protein in your diet..try cycling carbs..low on days you do not train and high on days you do train. Do a search tons of info on that. Dont be afraid to eat clean protein....like spatts said I ate more on my cutting diet that that..eat some tuna, whites, turkey breasts and chicken....tons of water..and your fats...nat pb, flax oil etc...I would eat more veggies too.
