Creatine and birth control

The first search I did, I entered the words "creatine women"

There's lots more on both topics. My point is (newbies please read WarLobo's newbie post on this page) that it's quick and easy to at least TRY a search. By all means, if you can't find your answer using this method then please ask the board. But MANY of these topics have been asked and answered dozens of times before. The archives are a fantastic resource for learning.

For the ladies that want to know the simple answer:


Creatine does not affect birth control at all as it works through a different pathway. You can take Creatine in any of it's forms and it will NOT affect the effectiveness of your birth control.
