compound work out for females

are this as effective on woman as they are in man for bulking? I'm in good shape but I want to transform my cut body for a more muscular look, thank you.
 
Compound training is great but to add muscle you need to focus on food. You really need to be eating in a surplus every single day. That being said, females do not have the same hormonal set up as men so they do not get big and bulky like guys do. When you see that, those women are on some type of PED.
 
Women have the exact same muscles as men. Compound exercises are great for both men and women to follow.
