I'd do it by size, not gender. I'm tall and muscular so I figure I'm equivalent to a smaller guy. I went up to a max of 125. Tapered up and down stating at 25. Did 3 week on/off cycles. Didn't have any problems.
Have her start with no more than 50 and let her work her way up. Don't run it for more than three weeks. Take taurine for those cramps. Feel free to pm me if you like.
