family doctor said he can't do anything until my mRI, which he is now booking cause the back specialist is a dickhead.

so I have to wait 6 months for them to do anything??? I have the chiropractor booked for saturday but everyone is telling me not to go, I don't know what to do.

But I do know I will not live for another 6 months like this so any suggestions I appreciate.

I'm at a loss, doll. If you had the cash, I'd say go to the states & get yer MRI done. There & back in a day.

We can actually here too, but we are going to wait to see if my family doc may be able to get me in sooner.

Wow, MRI here, for a friend who's wife has a bad back, was 2-3 weeks, & she's facing paralysis, from a car accident.

2 to 3 weeks!! and she is facing paralysis, I would be demanding it now! That is horrible, why are they making her wait sooo long?

Not enough MRI machines. Not enough Drs.

knees to chest
single knee to chest with other leg elevated
lumbar support side bend
supported quad stretch
forward bend
back stretch on wall
side stretch on step - body straight
butterflys
hip flexor stretch thank you treil

FLEXABILITY (0-10, 10 BEING GREAT) 2- my back didn't hurt as much goiing to sleep last night!!

TO DO
-clean upstairs and then do NOTHING but enjoy my day!
