back stretch on wall
side stretch on step - body straight
butterflys
hip flexor stretch

FLEXABILITY (0-10, 10 BEING GREAT) added this in to monitor my progress. Yesterday, it was 1, I can't even sit on my bum and keep my legs straight, they shook and my knees just kept on bending. However, new goals and it will get better.

TO DO
- my son is going skiing for the first time today
- playdate with girls
-study, study study

FLEXABILITY (0-10, 10 BEING GREAT) 1- but my back felt better for a half hour after I did them YAHOO!!

- going back to my doctor today to see if I can eitehr get another back specialist or for them to do something.
