Cinnamon question

Is cinnamon something good to use with foods and even water for taste and flavor? I was reading some benefits from it and was curious to see if anyone else uses it.

Cinnamon is a delight to season foods and food preparations, but if you want to enjoy cinnamon for its benefits, you would have to use a large amount, which would leave the food with a bad taste.

A balanced diet, rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, in the overall context will be much more beneficial than any food alone. There is no super food, there is nutritional density.

As something to add taste - yeah sure.

Cinnamon has a lot of health benefits associated with it. It helps regulate blood sugar.

I also like the taste :)
