Excerpt: Ok, I am going to try this. I am hoping it will keep my eating better on track since I have to report it on here :verygood: Also some helpful constructive observations would be great! -36 year old female -107 lbs. (changes frequently) -5 ft. tall -body fat unknown. I will probably be purchasing a fat caliper.     meal 4: south beach pnt btr bar
    16 oz water 1000l glutamine
    1 cup pork roast w/carrots and potatoes soup
    Total: 710
    Fat: 24 218 33%
    Sat: 6 57 9%
    Poly: 1 6 1%
    Mono: 2 18 3%
    Carbs: 62 207 31%
    Fiber: 11 0 0%
    Protein: 61 245 37%

    split squats 3/15 10 lb
    stiff legged deadlifts 3/10 20 lbs
    leg ext. 3/10 40 lbs
    ham curls 3/10 20 lbs

    Yeah everything is ok!! I really didn't eat much last night, then i ate some chips ahoy.
    I have been extremely busy preparing for a family vacation and will continue to be until we leave . It is sorta overwhelming and we're gonna be gone for quite a few days.

    Thanks bunny!! I know I sure NEED it!

    m2: 1 c. soup (pork w/veggies)diet coke
    m3: can tuna, 1 tbs lite mayo, mustard, 4 triscuits, 2-3 ww ritz crackers, diet coke
    m4: natty pnt btr, about 1 tsp plain..+ a little on a triscuit water
