chicken fajitas @ mexican restaurant..chicken, mushrooms, onions, peppers, 1 sm. soft shell, 3-4 bites refried beans, about 1 tsp sour cream, diet coke.
tortilla chips and salsa. Probably didn't deserve this cheat day, but i took it anyway :)
 
The only thing i feel really guilty about is the tortilla chips. I know they are fried..but dang they have the best ever.
The meal was probably the healthiest on the menu. I limited myself to one small soft shell and just ate the rest of the meat w/my fork :p
I am still full from all that!! WOW!

Ok, I will take it mid afternoon then. I didn't realize i shouldn't have it after cardio...thought it was just after weight training.

yes...same with cardio as well..the fat slows down the absorption
 
meal 2: handful almonds
meal 3: went out to lunch w/hubby (buffet :rolleyes: )
meal 4: brocolli and califlower w/ 1/2 chicken breast
meal 5: post workout protein shake

did arms tonight + legs because i didn't get arms in the other night.
3/12 kickbacks 10 lb db's
3 sets 21's
3/12 incline bicep curls
3/12 overhead tricep ext.
3/10 hammer curls
3/12 tricep pulldowns (i think that's what they're called)
:) my arms be hurtin
3/10 leg extensions 40/50/50
3/10 leg curls 20 lb (just can't get 30, and there's no in between)
3/12 lunges w/10 lb db's
3/10 leg kickbacks(20 lbs)
3/10 inner thigh raises (10 lbs)
60 crunches w/legs propped on ball
60 reverse crunches
whew! i'm pooped ;)
