Good idea! I've added milk before so it still tastes creamy and doesn't taste as watered down.

The only drawback to adding milk is the added sugar in the milk....
 
Good morning! Slept in too late today...felt really tired.
Treadmill 1.5 mi. 7%incline and 5%incline, 3.0-3.5mph
meal 1: 1 protein pancake, 2 tbs s/f syrup, water
pro shake w/2 frozen st.berries,1/4c. 1%cott cheese 8 oz water, 2 ice cubes, 1 splenda pkt.
1000 mg l-glutamine, 1000 mg flax oil capsule :)
 
salad, w/premade mix, added radishes,3 cherry tomato, cuke,spinach leaves, lite ranch.
Can tuna, about 1 tbs lite mayo, mustard, 3 ww ritz, 3 triscuits, diet a&w
meal 3: chicken breast w/brown rice..mixed together. About 3/4 c or so, cauliflower and brocolli, H20

Not feeling like i'm really working my upper back good. Discouraged tonight.:(
Lower back starting hurting on the bent over rows.(i have a LOT of lower back and neck issues). I would like to find some other exercises to try.
pro shake..no fruit 1 tbs s/f choc.pudding mix instead.
16 oz s/f tang, bowl s/f jello w/ about 2 tbs coolwhip lite.

*no cardio today. Feeling like crap this a.m *sore throat*etc.
1 egg + 2 whites..rolled up w/mustard inside :p ,and 1/3 c. oats, s/f tang 8 oz, 1000 flax oil cap, 1000 mg l-glutamine.

m6-feeling really hungry still...pro shake made w/ 1 1/2-2 tbs nat pnt btr, 1/4c. 1%cott.cheese,1 scoop whey, 8 oz h20, 1 splenda pk.

Couldn't powdered milk be subsitiuted instead?
