When I see some progress I will ;)

6:50 am woke up..took 2 sudafed and 2 ibuprofren,1000mg l-glutamine, ate 10 almonds.
went back to bed till 8:15. Treadmill on empty stom. 2 mi. 5%incline 3 mph.brisk walking pace
16 oz water after cardio, took 1 glucorell.
3 egg omelet (2 whites+1 whole) w/honey ham lunch meat(probably equivilent to 1 1/2 slice (it was shaved)
1/3 c. oats 1/4c blueberries , 16 oz glass s/f tang. :p
 
meal 3: salad (premade mix+baby spinachleaves) w/ lite ranch, radishes, cherry tomatoes. 6oz can tuna, lite mayo (about 1 tbs) mustard, 3 ww ritz 3 triscuits, s/f tang 16 oz.

Okay okay! I will just eat one of those delicious:goof: rice cakes w/ natty pnt btr and pretend it's a cookie! ;) Dang miss 24k you are gonna keep me on my toes I think !! :smshot: When I get tempted i'll just think of how great you look at 5ft and maybe there's hope for me too!! Doubtful i'll get the quadzilla's though :rolleyes:

-made miss 24k's protein pancakes and dbl'd the recipe. I used strawberries in them. Made 4 large pancakes. I had 2 for supper with s/f syrup. 12 oz water.saving the other 2 for tomorrow. :p :p
Is it bad to eat these in the eve? :worried:

woke up early and was starving so... 1 tsp nat. pnt btr(this was a reg spoon not a measuring tsp) :p Had some water...back to bed

pondered cardio...decided too hungry to do it :p 16 oz glass s/f tang(yum)1 glucorell r.(getting ready for oaties :p )
Tried something new this am. 1 1/2 scoop my prot.powder, 1/4 lowfat cott cheese, 8 oz water, 2 ice cubes, *now instead of my usual 2 strawberries i used 1 tbs s/f banana pudding powder and 2 measuring tsp nat. pnt btr. :p :p I looooove it! Nice to change up the flavors often ;)
1/3 c. oats 1/4 c. bl.berries + 1 pkt splenda+loads of cinnamon.

Be careful with that peanut butter it's damn addicting :p Ahhhhhh I miss it....
