treadmill on empty stomach, 2 mi. brisk walking pace on 4% incline
meal 2: 1 egg, 4 egg whites scrambled, water.
 
meal 3: hungry again...1/2 c. oatmeal 1/4 c. blueberries.
meal 4: handful almonds
meal 5: chicken breast, green beans, diet coke

Supper: 2 bowls salad (hungry tonight) 1 boiled egg.

1 can tuna 1 tbs lite mayo, mustard, 1 boiled egg, 3 whole wheat ritz, 3 triscuits. Diet coke.

3 sets 15 dbell rows 10lb db's. Didn't feel well, extra tired. Went to bed early.

Bunny, I have pics...I just don't really want to post them yet. I look freakin' fat and nasty. Thanks so much for the votes of confidence Ladies! You guys are the greatest! ;)

snack 5:15 pm s/f jello w/ cool whip lite *probably um 1/4c.

meal 5: BK grilled shrimp garden salad w/ ranch dressing(whole pkt) and 1/2 pkt of croutons. Diet 7 up.

Welcome Cher36 we all had to start somewhere ,congrats on your progress,remember you are your own worst critic.....lets see some progress pics i bet the replies will shoot your traning to a new level.
