Monday march 28
*am cardio, treadmill(empty stom) Had to quit early, head pounding.
I have a terrible headcold/sinus infect. The treadmill made it hurt worse :(
meal 1: pro shake
glucorell
20 min. later... 1/3 c. oats 1/4 c. blueberries 1 pk splenda and cinn. to taste.
16 oz water, 1000 mg. l-glutamine

meal 2: can tuna + 1 tbs lite mayo, mustard. 3 whole wheat ritz, 4 triscuits, diet coke
*not taking my last couple t-rex today because i'm taking alot of cold medicine and didn't want a negative reaction.*
 
Meal 3: Chicken breast, green beans w/onions and tiny bit marg., water. ;)


evening w/o
Squats: 3 set 10 35 lb barbell
lunges: 3 set 10 2 10 db's
deadlifts: 3 sets 9 35 lb barbell
leg raises to rear 3 sets 15 w/ ankle weight
leg raises to side 3 set 15 w/ankle weight
inner thigh raises*lying* w/ankle weight 3 set 15

meal 4: pro shake , 1000 mg l-glutamine

*7:00 am=10 almonds, 2 sudafed, 2 ibuprofren (head cold still bothering me,+ all the fun i have when aunt flo comes to visit :rolleyes: ) ., ate the almonds so my stomach wouldn't be empty w/the meds) went back to bed.
-Getting ready to try my am cardio.(unless my head starts pounding).

Is this weight heavy for you?
 
the barbell was heavy for me. It felt good though...pretty tough! The worst thing was trying to get it over my head, and it absolutely killed my shoulders :( The other weights were not heavy for me. But I could definitely feel the lunges working my quads and butt.
