I will be starting a cycle as follows, please let me know your opinion:
50% Protein $ 30% Carbs & 20% Fats
I will be training 4 days a week , running most of the time and one day of light weights, thank you.
 
That kind of macro's proportion is nice. However, you should also make sure that these are high quality macros - you can get in different sorts of carbs and fats, being some of the more and others less healthy. This makes a huge difference, so make sure to keep that in mind.
 
The macronutrients look good to me. Just remember to eat the right calorie level and to base your diet around whole unprocessed foods.

For calories - It takes roughly 15x your body weight in pounds to maintain your current weight. Based on your goals, increase or decrease calories from there.
 
I would add in more weight lifting. It is actually a better choice for fat loss and muscle building. Weight lifting will not make a female bulky.
