Right now I typically strength train 3x per week, sometimes 4.
I change it up quite a bit... sometimes it's:
Sun: Legs
Mon: Chest/tri
Tue: yoga/pilates
Wed: Back & Rear Delt
Thur: No strength
Fri: Bis & Shoulders
Sat: Off
The yoga pilates class is an AWESOME ab workout & I do abs sometimes other days.
My question is, is there any detriment to changing this almost weekly??? Changing the order, sometimes combining & doing only 2 days of upper body?
