Cardio or weights - your preference

So say you ate a bowl (or two) of Frosted Flakes and your feeling kinda guilty about it so you head to the gym for an extra workout.
Would you do cardio or weights?
 
Seriously?

Yeah I know that it makes sense to do weights because of all the extra carbs...but I always given in to the guilt and do cardio.

Always.
 
I wouldn't do either. It isn't necessary. Get over the guilt and move on to more important things facing you in the day.
