cancelling workouts during period

My periods have been heavy ever since I was 16, losing a lot of fluids during it and the cramps can get bad enough where i pass out. i think a lot of females have varying degrees of issues that time of the month. my question is if you suffer that time of the month really bad do you still push through your workout? or is it better to take the day off?
 
Time off Brandi36. Let your bid recuperate for when you are done with menses you can train

Regardless if it is a period, injury, pain, fatigue, etc......I would always take the time off instead of pushing through.
 
Not a woman but you don't have to push yourself if you're in pain due to your period.
 
There's no reason not to take the time off if it is that bad. Your body will thank you
