Im 33yrs old ive been working out faithfully for 4yrs.Ive been doing ti-bo and 5lbs weights for my arms and using them also for my lunges I am somewhat toned,but now i really want to step it up and look really toned..Im 5ft 1inch,and i weigh 115lbs.What are the things i need to eat or a supplement i should take or anything else that would help on my new workout.Your help will be greatly appreciated!!!
