HI My name is Angie,
Im 33yrs old ive been working out faithfully for 4yrs.Ive been doing ti-bo and 5lbs weights for my arms and using them also for my lunges I am somewhat toned,but now i really want to step it up and look really toned..Im 5ft 1inch,and i weigh 115lbs.What are the things i need to eat or a supplement i should take or anything else that would help on my new workout.Your help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Drop the 5lb weights, they wil not help you define your muscle. Read the stickies at the top, they will really help you.

Post your daily diet - with DETAILS. Losing fat is primarily about diet.

Again, the stickies at the top will help a ton.
