Breathing exercises and meditation

    Breathing exercises and meditation

    I find its very important to work on breathing and meditation as it helps lower heart rate and helps focus the mind. Do you think being on AAS would make that process harder???

    In general, no. I suppose on higher doses of some compounds with more pronounced side effects, and lack of mitigating ancillaries, it could be an issue though.

    stay away from tren and other harsh steroids. tren is very inflammatory and will def effect your breathing
