breast issues on anavar

Hi guys I started taking var at 20 mg per day , currently on week 4 and my breast getting slightly swollen and my nipples are a bit harder than usual, I wasn't expecting this sides, what could be the reason of this and what I take ? thank you.

I only start anivar at 10 and work up to 20 I've never had that side affect are you sure you have real anivar ?

20mg of var is a lot for ladies and what if you were really taking dbol or something else?
