I want to start including pullups, chin ups and dips into my training. Would I do this before weights or should I include it in a superset? For example brench press then superset with semi-supinated chin-up? Thanks
i personally use dips and pullups as warm-ups.. i have been training heavy to keep all my muscle on me while i diet and don't do supersets at this time... i used to do weighted dips with a chain around my waist and a plate, but i threw in declines instead.. so now my dips are just warm-ups.. usually 12 reps for like 2 sets...
pullups. i just try to get as many out on my own as i can.. i will do a wide grip and then an underhanded close grip.. like 2 warm up sets..
I like to use them in supersets toward the end of a workout as the final torture...ultimate failure. Keep in mind that some can be weighted too. I generally do dips with weights on my lap. Just a thought.
