it isn't so much about what you say but it is what you don't say
saying the wrong thing is deadly, cause women never forget a thing you tell them.
in the end you cannot fix her insecurities, she has to do it herself. lead by example, if you eat good and workout she will be open to doing better too.. but don't be controlling about it.
