this is the thing.....it ONLY measures at the bicep....the DOMINANT bicep at that - meaing youir dominant side typically has more muslce and less fat than the other
The gym that I go to stopped doing caliper testing. They use that hand held computer thing that has been deemed worthless of EF. Can I order calipers and just do it myself? Do I have to have a "trained" (whatever that means) trainer do it for me?
