Bloating after Presion Protien...?

Excerpt: Hey, I noticed after my workout I'll have a Precision Protien ready-to-drink and that I would feel really bloated after for about an hour. I just recently cut the dosage in half (drinking half the bottle) instead of whole. I am hoping this will help, has this happened to any of you? Thanks :)

    Bloating after Presion Protien...?

    Hey, I noticed after my workout I'll have a Precision Protien ready-to-drink and that I would feel really bloated after for about an hour. I just recently cut the dosage in half (drinking half the bottle) instead of whole. I am hoping this will help, has this happened to any of you? Thanks

    What kind of protein is in it?

    If it is Whey - do you have any issues with dairy/lactose?
    If it is Soy - you might have a digestive issue with soy products.

    You can also consider some ginger root to help settle your stomach.

    It uses the whey protien in it. I never really had any problem before with milk or lactose, but I'm sure it's a possibility
    But so far so good, on dividing the dosage, I haven't beeen bloated!
