I have been watching the womens fourm and have seen it taking off.
I will have to post more in the women's fourm all though I must admit that my understanding of the female body (let alone women in general ) is limited...

I love it that the lads are posting in here as well.

I would love to see more of the lurkers post a bit (so fab having an idea of who some of them are), even if it is just one question, bumping an old thread, anything.

I've been coming in here for a little while after reading some of your replies because you know so much about diet and working out that I love to hear your advice.

Yeah I love this site, and the womens board is top shelf!! I started checkin out over here, cause Tat always stopped by AAS with some killer info, your a top shelf lady!
