Best way to comeback from pregnancy?

After giving birth what are the steps to getting your belly back in shape and overall body back to how it used to be? I know it wont be exactly the same but atleast close to it. Any info would be great thanks!

It just takes time. Just like you didn't gain all your pregnancy weight over night, you won't loose it all over night either.

Start exercising, eat a well balanced diet and you will get your old body back relatively quick :)
