OK...i am looking to help out a girl i am seeing these days...
What kind of program would be best for a girl just starting up?
Can anyone give me an example of a good one...
I think she wants to have some muscle tone and lose a few pds of fat...

I don;t think strength is much of a concern....
She is about 5'3 weighs 115...

she wants to lean down to get a 6 pack...
and prob gain a little muscle as well..
But obviously she doesn;t want to get big..

I don;t want her to get big either....;)
 
Does she have a gym membership? Workout history? EVER workout before? Has she been doing anything for the 6 mos?

How much time does she have/ want to dedicate to working out?
