back problems because of my breast size

Hi guys, I have very big breast and this started causing me back issues and it's getting worst, I wonder
if is there a supplements or special training to decrease breast size, thank you.

Breast are mostly fat and water. Losing weight will help.

Like Steve said... Your breasts are mostly made up of fat, so if you lose fat you lose a part of your breasts.

If you are overweight, lose weight.

If you are already lean but have large breasts for your size, the only solution is a reduction mammoplasty.

Go to a bra store and get a sales person to help you find a bra that will give you extra support. It'll take a lot of the stress off your lower back
