Today, I thought I would do a little something special for my updated weekly Project photos...so here goes.

I’m on my 3rd week of Shadow’s Project and couldn’t be happier with the way I feel and look, and this has only just begun….
I cannot explain how much all of the wonderful and helpful ladies of EF mean to me and the tremendous impact ya’ll have made in my life, which I treasure GREATLY.

I will continue to be grateful for finding this board and such AWESOME people who help each other and support each other to no end.

In all honesty, the person who has helped me the most is ShadOw. The free, informative, beneficial and lifestyle changing advice he provides me on a daily basis (with my 100’s of monotonous PM’s) Is INCREDIBLE, I cannot thank him enough.

To show my support for him and his training advice, and this “Booty By Shadow” Program we have all seemed to create inadvertently, I give you my official B.B.S. gear I happily sport at the gym…

THANK YOU for changing my life Shadow ...

and thank you to the ladies of EF who help me smile each day (Ulter, you too)

Thanks Girl!!! I hate how EF is running slow for me - I'm going through withdrawl

I did I create the pants and panties myself, but I did not physically MAKE them with fabric and a needle - The pic of the rhinestone BOOTY By Shadow is on the butt of the black pants, but the pic wouldn't turn out so I did a CLOSE up instead of a full length shot.
